Our 40x60 white pole tent offers 2,400 square feet of beautiful, high-peak coverage — perfect for weddings, church functions, galas, and large-scale celebrations. With sweeping lines and dramatic center poles, this tent creates a classic, elegant atmosphere for your event.

Note: Pole tents must be staked into grass or dirt and require extra clearance around the tent for guy lines and anchoring. Ballasting is not permitted with this tent.

Tent Specs:

• 2,400 sq. ft. of covered space

• Seats up to 160 guests at round tables (20 tables of 8)

• Seats up to 192 guests at rectangle tables (24 banquet tables, 8' each)

• Seats up to 240 guests in theater-style seating

• Requires a flat setup area of at least 50x70 ft (includes staking clearance)

• Center pole structure: multiple center poles support the high peaks

• Only available for grass/dirt installations with adequate staking room

🔎 Tent Setup Information:

• Free On-Site Visit: We offer complimentary site visits to confirm fit and ensure your location is suitable for proper staking and clearance.

• Permits & Safety: We handle all tent permitting and coordinate with 811 to mark underground utilities prior to setup.

• No Ballasting: Pole tents must be staked into grass or dirt. Ballasting (weights or anchors on hard surfaces) is not allowed with this tent.
